I am looking for some help folks. I am sick and tired of putting a pound in a trolley and then being unable to pick it out at the end of my shopping. I just can't get a grip on the little bit that sticks out. Any body got any suggestions? Thanks chaps!

Hi there, My mother in law bought me a keyring with a pound shaped coin attached. You pull it out by the keyring, its a personalized little gift but very handy. Lorna

I had one of those on the key ring until the key ring broke off it leaving a pound shaped disc with a hole in it. I threaded a leather thong through the hole and use that to pull it out again.

Oh great, cheers. I had one of those but you had to take it off the keyring to use it. Leather thong sounds a good idea!

Sometimes i think it's the silly little things that really get me frustrated. I wonder if having a little piece of that 'plastic' sheet of gripper material in your purse would help to grip it to take it out? YES I'VE CHANGED, PAIN DOES THAT TO PEOPLE.

last time when i finished shopping the pound jumped out really quick - right out of my hands and then straight down into the grating just by the trolley park! I have trouble with this too - leather thong sounds good idea - good jobs Jean's away just in case she might be thinking this is now a fashion advice topic! Only joking! ;) xxxxx
